Often times, we find ourselves either not saying anything, for fear
of hurting the other person's feelings or we find ourselves
confronting someone in a defensive manner. Neither way
will give you the results you want.
In order to speak your mind, you need to know how to
control your emotions while saying your thoughts in a
non-defensive way.
Learning how to assert yourself can help you in:

strengths and skills in the meeting

Relationships by being able to communicate your
thoughts & feelings without offending or hurting others

Parenting by effectively speaking to your
children without getting into an emotional power struggle

DECOMPRESSION SESSION – MEDITATION/RELAXATION
TECHNIQUES:
Clearing out the mental chatter in your head brings
you to a quiet place in which you are able to gain
clarity & peace. By practicing this consistently,
you are able to gain mental resilience to outside
factors, leaving you feeling confident, refreshed, and
more in control. In this 2 hour workshop,
you will:

which type works the best for you.

Understand the effects meditation has on the
mind & the body allowing you to utilize the techniques for
various areas in your life.

Learn how to effectively relax your mind and
body, allowing you to reach a deeper level of relaxation.
